Not surprisingly, our award-winning wines come from an award-winning
winemaker. David Nieuwoudt is a graduate of the highly respected
Elsenburg Wine Academy. He gained experience at various well-known
estates before returning home to take over Cederberg Private Cellar
which has since leapt into prominence on the South African wine scene.
