Chenin Blanc 2016

A fruity Chenin blanc filled with aromas of white pears and yellow apples with a hint of citrus. A crisp acidity that finishes off with a creamy palate due to extended lees contact. This wine should go well with creamy dishes and fresh summer salads.

Vinification: Reductive style, cold crush 8°C skin contact for 8 hours, pressing, settle for 2 days at 10°C. Fermentation for 24 days at 12°C with selected yeast strains. Lees contact for 5 months, tank bâttonage weekly.
Optimum drinking time: 1 - 3 years after release
