Cederberg Shiraz Rosé 2025
This wine shows a beguiling pale salmon-pink colour with alluring copper flashes – lighter and even more luminous than previous vintages. The nose brims with rose petals and Turkish delight, with an abundance of flavour following through onto the palate. The weight and presence on the palate speaks of the quality of this rosé while creating a playful, sweet-savoury intrigue and refreshingly tart pomegranate finish.
Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc 2025
The slightly warmer 2025 vintage brought more fruit opulence to this Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is generous and vivid, bursting with Cape gooseberry and ripe nectarine, supported by green nettle and the coastal freshness that defines Ghost Corner. The palate is vibrant and concentrated, with a rounded mid-palate and bright acidity that
keeps everything in balance.
Ghost Corner Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Ghost Corner Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2024 opens with a pale straw hue and an expressive nose of lime zest and winter melon. The palate is layered and textural, revealing ripe pear, nectarine and hints of stone fruit, kelp and wet coastal scrub bush (fynbos). Wild fermentation brings creamy depth and savoury complexity, balancing herbaceous freshness with luscious fruit and a serious, structured core. A bold, distinctive take on Sauvignon Blanc from the windswept Agulhas coast.
Cederberg Merlot Shiraz 2023
The Cederberg Merlot-Shiraz 2023 is a dark, densely coloured blend that brings together the plushness of Merlot with the spice of Shiraz in seamless harmony. The nose reveals ripe blackberries, mulberries and red cherries with hints of pepper and soft oak. On the palate, a compôte of dark and red berries unfolds—juicy mulberry, ripe plum and a tangy burst of pomegranate bring lift and vibrancy. Supple tannins and gentle spice round out the lingering finish. Polished yet unpretentious, this is a generous, go-to red.
Cederberg Shiraz 2022
Vibrant and expressive, the Cederberg 2021 Shiraz mirrors the opulence of the 2020 vintage. Chewy, ripe red fruit is underpinned by spicy clove, Moroccan spice, and freshly ground black pepper. Silky tannins frame the wine’s structure, balancing rich fruit with a spicy, savoury black olive and umami-laced finish—the hallmark of a top-quality cool-climate Shiraz.
Cederberg Rising Star Malbec 2024
