It’s time to write your summer 2022 story as the longer, sunny days and shorter, starlit nights are spent outdoors relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends.
Bringing you inspiration in a bottle, your summer box contains a Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Shiraz from our mountain vineyards; a Ghost Corner Semillon and Pinot Noir from the maritime vineyards of Elim; and an exciting new release, the Paardekop Old Ways Grenache from old vine vineyards in the Piekenierskloof.

Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc 2022
This cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc beguiles with a translucent, palest-of-yellow colour. An expressive nose of Cape gooseberry, granadilla (passion fruit), pineapple, kiwifruit and hints of lime citrus leads to a gentle palate that is both savoury and creamy, followed by a clean finish of refreshing Granny Smith green apples.
Cederberg Chenin Blanc 2022
Twelve selected barrels were used to produce 1000 cases. Delicate aromas of honey, lime zest, roasted nuts and peaches laced with sweet vanilla undertones. Well-integrated wood and ageing on the lees developed a full, rich palate with a smooth lingering finish.
Cederberg Shiraz 2019
A complex Shiraz filled with intense red fruit, mulberry and cherries on the nose. 15 Months in oak showing hints of sweet spice and vanilla. Red berries follow through on the palate and finish off with a smooth lingering sensation.
Ghost Corner Semillon 2022
The Ghost Corner range is inspired by the extreme coastal area around Cape Agulhas near Elim, known as ‘Spookdraai’, where many ships have been wrecked. Folklore has it that the ghosts of many sailors who perished through the years can be seen wandering the wild waters. These wines are as intriguing and extreme as the story of their origin at the southernmost tip of the Cape winelands.
Ghost Corner Pinot Noir 2020
The translucent, pale ruby colour draws you into this wine, followed by its seductive nose of wild strawberries, brambleberries, cranberries, parma ham, black olives and a bruised rosemary herbal note.
Longavi Old Ways Grenache Noir 2021
Well-known for winegrowing in the south of Chile, winemaker Julio Bouchon is also notable for breathing new life into ancestral vines. His love for South Africa and its wines resulted in a partnership with his friend, David Nieuwoudt, who shares his philosophy and sustainable method of dry farming when it comes to producing wines here.
