Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc 2025
This multi-dimensional Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of fig leaf and blackcurrant notes supported by tropical flavours of crushed pineapple. Ghost Corner The Bowline 2024
The Bowline 2024, the flagship in the Ghost Corner stable, follows in the style of the 2023 vintage, deviating slightly with more intrigue and compelling notes of green nettles, coastal scrub and a dusty herbaceousness. This wine conjures up images of sea spray over fynbos, moist river pebbles and the sense that this wine is ozone captured in a bottle. It is a complex wine, as intriguing as it is delicious.
Five Generations Chenin Blanc 2024
The 2024 vintage reveals a subtle but elegant nose, opening from initial restraint to delicate notes of winter melon, prickly pear and warm hay. As the wine unfolds, aromas of ginger, honeycomb and warm baking spice reveal themselves. The palate is rich and opulent, with a silky, mouth-coating texture carrying layers of preserved ginger, poached pear, warm honey and sweet spices.
Ghost Corner Pinot Noir 2024
A pale ruby-garnet in colour, this Pinot Noir opens with vibrant aromatics of sweet-sour black cherries and wild forest berries. The palate is bright and layered—rhubarb tartness and ripe cherry interplay with notes of sage and rosemary, and a hint of wet earth.
Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Deep ruby-garnet in colour, the 2022 Cabernet opens with lifted aromatics of plums, blackcurrant, ripe cherry and a hint of violet framed by subtle spice. The palate is vivid and poised, revealing pure fruit expression, silky yet structured tannins, and refreshing acidity. Layers of dark berry and gentle oak unfold with clarity and finesse.
Cederberg Shiraz 2019
A multi-layered Shiraz showing red cherries and mulberries with a subtle mocha, clove nuances. Complex on palate with long lasting flavours of red fruit and dark chocolate. Full bodied wine with mouth-watering tannins
