Unwrap and open your winter box to discover a Sauvignon Blanc, a Merlot-Shiraz blend and a single-varietal Shiraz, all grown in the high-altitude Cederberg mountain vineyards. Then there’s the Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir from the cool-climate coastal vineyards near Elim. Last but definitely not least is a Chenin Blanc from an iconic winegrowing valley in Chile.

Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc 2024
This high-altitude Sauvignon Blanc entices with its luminous pale, watery yellow colour. The aromatic nose leaps from the glass with a kaleidoscope of nuances including Cape gooseberry, kiwifruit, tropical fruit including granadilla, and pineapple. The palate is alive with all these aromas, including a sensation of slight sherbet sweetness to offset the refreshing lemony-lime green apple finish
Longaví Glup Chenin Blanc 2022/2023
This wine is a true expression of terroir with a breathtaking intensity and richness. The nose is restrained with a mineral character and a background of citric fruit. Velvety with weight on the mid-palate, the refreshing acidity makes the wine fresh with a long finish. Great texture and balance.

Ghost Corner Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Ghost Corner Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2024 opens with a pale straw hue and an expressive nose of lime zest and winter melon. The palate is layered and textural, revealing ripe pear, nectarine and hints of stone fruit, kelp and wet coastal scrub bush( fynbos). Wild fermentation brings creamy depth and savoury complexity, balancing herbaceous freshness with luscious fruit and a serious, structured core.
Ghost Corner Pinot Noir 2024
A pale ruby-garnet in colour, this Pinot Noir opens with vibrant aromatics of sweet-sour black cherries and wild forest berries. The palate is bright and layered—rhubarb tartness and ripe cherry interplay with notes of sage and rosemary, and a hint of wet earth. Textured and seductive in its youth, it will reward patience as it gains further savoury complexity.
Cederberg Merlot-Shiraz 2019
The beautiful, deep, burgundy-red colour of this wine leads to opulent aromas of plump black cherries and mulberries. Crushed black pepper and baker’s spices add a delicious dimension to this very appealing wine. This fruit-driven blend with its soft, juicy tannins, broad flavours and refreshing acidity creates a lingering spicy fruit finish. This is a well-crafted wine that punches way above its price point.
Cederberg Shiraz 2021
Vibrant and expressive, the Cederberg 2021 Shiraz mirrors the opulence of the 2020 vintage. Chewy, ripe red fruit is underpinned by spicy clove, Moroccan spice, and freshly ground black pepper. Silky tannins frame the wine’s structure, balancing rich fruit with a spicy, savoury black olive and umami-laced finish—the hallmark of a top-quality cool-climate Shiraz.
