Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc 2025
This multi-dimensional Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of fig leaf and blackcurrant
notes supported by tropical flavours of crushed pineapple. The palate is fresh and alive
with lemon sorbet and green apple ending in a refreshing but gentle acidity. A delicious, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc from these high-altitude vineyards.
Cederberg Bukettraube 2025
The Cederberg Bukettraube has an inviting aromatic nose that opens with lifted florals,
followed by golden delicious apple and gentle baker’s spice. A kaleidoscope of melon,
kiwi, and stone fruit weaves through a delicate richness, enhanced by the opulence of
jasmine blossom. Exotic florals and fruit envelop the palate, offering gentle sweetness
before tapering to a pure, lingering finish.
Ghost Corner Bowline 2025
This signature wine from Ghost Corner shows the palest straw colour with a distinctive lime edge. The palate is vibrant and energetic, revealing green pineapple, kiwi and subtle citrus notes. Fresh and linear, it finishes with a distinctive ginger bite and a hint
of bitter citrus pith, reflecting the cool maritime influence of its Cape Agulhas origins.
Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Deep ruby-garnet in colour, the 2022 Cabernet opens with lifted aromatics of
plums, blackcurrant, ripe cherry and a hint of violet framed by subtle spice. The
palate is vivid and poised, revealing pure fruit expression, silky yet structured
tannins, and refreshing acidity. Layers of dark berry and gentle oak unfold with
clarity and finesse.
Ghost Corner Syrah 2023
The Ghost Corner Syrah 2023 is a cool-climate Shiraz with minimal oak influence. Its
bright, fragrant nose leads with wild bramble berries and sweet-sour cherries. The
palate follows with lifted spice, white pepper and a thread of liquorice. Damp earth
and smoky, savoury nuances evoke wet-cured ham or Spanish gammon, adding depth
to its Beaujolais-style lightness.
Longaví República 2024
Fermented in cement tanks with native yeast, the wine aged in 225l older barrels for
eight months, and was then bottled without filtering.
